Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Controller

I give this consent to SENRIKO (“Operator” or “SENRIKO”), subject to this document and the Privacy Policy. Requests to the Operator: the contact form at senriko.com/contact.

2. Forms covered

This Consent applies only to the information and purpose of the form next to which it is requested:

• account registration and email verification;
• closed-beta access requests;
• the /contact inquiry form;
• adding and verifying an alert-recipient address;
• account recovery and other account actions where consent is specifically requested;
• another SENRIKO form that directly links to this version and identifies its purpose.

Google Analytics and optional-cookie consent is requested separately through the cookie banner. This Consent does not authorize marketing messages.

3. Information

Depending on the form, the Operator may process only information actually provided or technically necessary: email; name; company; website URL; language; time zone; message/comment; password hash; address-verification status; action date/time; and security or consent-evidence data such as IP/hashed IP, browser, request identifier, form/purpose, language, and document version.

I must not enter passwords, payment information, identity documents, medical/biometric data, children’s data, or other sensitive/third-party information in free-text fields unless SENRIKO specifically requests it and provides a separate lawful basis.

4. Purposes

• create and maintain an account, workspace, and session;
• verify email, restore access, and secure the account;
• review an early-access request or answer an inquiry;
• add and verify a transactional-alert destination;
• prevent spam, brute-force attempts, abuse, and technical attacks;
• maintain necessary consent/request records and protect legal rights;
• perform actions clearly described next to the form and in the Privacy Policy.

5. Processing operations

This Consent covers automated and, where needed, non-automated collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, matching, retrieval, consultation, use, hashing, encryption, backup, disclosure/transfer to the listed providers, restriction, de-identification, deletion, and destruction.

6. Recipients and international transfers

For these purposes, data may be accessed by authorized Operator personnel and disclosed to: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany hosting); Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. (United States email delivery); Google (only for separately consented analytics or customer-connected GA4); Cloudflare (Turnstile only if the relevant tool is enabled); advisers and authorities when lawfully necessary; and a successor in a reorganization subject to continuing privacy obligations.

I understand that processing may occur outside my country. The Operator must use the legal basis and safeguards required by applicable law. This clause does not replace mandatory contractual measures or waive my rights.

7. Duration

Consent lasts until the relevant purpose is complete, the account is deleted, a mandatory retention period ends, or I withdraw consent, whichever occurs first, unless another lawful basis applies. Data deleted from the primary database may remain in rolling backups for up to 14 days. Correspondence may be retained longer as needed for response, security, law, or claims.

8. Withdrawal and refusal

I may withdraw consent at any time via the contact form at senriko.com/contact or account deletion where relevant. The request should identify my email and the action/form. The Operator may verify identity and authority.

Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Necessary processing may continue under contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. If information is necessary for a feature, refusal means the form cannot be submitted, an account/address cannot be verified, or that feature cannot be provided. Refusing optional analytics does not block core website use.

9. Third-party information

If I provide another alert recipient’s email or other third-party information, I confirm that I have a lawful basis and authority to do so. SENRIKO sends that recipient a separate verification email; before confirmation, transaction alerts should not be sent to the address other than the verification message itself.

10. My confirmations

• I have read the Privacy Policy and understand the data, purposes, recipients, retention, and my rights;
• this consent is specific to the selected form, voluntary, and given through a separate action;
• the information relates to me or is lawfully provided;
• I am at least 18 and legally capable, or authorized to act for an organization;
• I understand that no internet service can guarantee absolute security, while mandatory rights and Operator responsibility remain as required by law.

11. Consent record

To evidence consent, the Operator may retain the version, date/time, language, form/purpose, user/request identifier, and technical details of the affirmative action. This record is used only to manage choices, comply with law, secure the service, and resolve disputes.
