CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. Purpose of this document

This document applies only when SENRIKO places a separate, unticked optional consent control next to a clearly described purpose. It does not apply merely because a person visits the Site or uses a core function.

Creating an Account, verifying an email, restoring access, receiving a requested transactional alert, contacting support, processing a payment, securing the Service and providing contracted monitoring ordinarily rely on the contract, pre-contract steps, legal duties or legitimate interests described in the Privacy Policy (https://senriko.com/legal/privacy) - not on this optional consent.

2. Controller

3. How consent is given

Consent is given by an affirmative recorded action, such as selecting an unticked checkbox next to the specific purpose and then submitting the form. Silence, continued browsing, a preselected box or acceptance of the Terms is not consent.

Each optional purpose uses a separate control or an equally granular choice. Consent to one purpose does not authorise another purpose, a different recipient, public publication or a new communication channel.

The text next to the control must identify the purpose, information, communication channel or publication involved. That text, this version and the Privacy Policy (https://senriko.com/legal/privacy) form the consent record.

4. Optional purposes that may use this consent

Depending on the wording shown next to the control, consent may cover one or more of the following:

- product news, offers or other marketing messages;
- voluntary interview, survey, usability test or research participation;
- publication of a testimonial, name, role, company name, logo or case study;
- an optional feature that is not necessary for the Account or paid Service;
- a specific international transfer where consent is a valid required mechanism and no other lawful mechanism is used; or
- another narrowly described optional purpose that directly links to this version.

Consent for analytics cookies is managed separately through Cookie settings. One consent is not treated as consent to every listed purpose.

5. Information and operations

Only the data stated next to the optional control and reasonably needed for that purpose is processed. It may include an email, name, company, role, feedback, interview material, testimonial, logo, communication preference, country, consent date/time, document version, browser information and a pseudonymised technical identifier used to prove the choice.

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, use, publication where expressly selected, delivery through a named provider, restriction, withdrawal recording, deletion and destruction.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data may be handled by authorised SENRIKO personnel and the providers necessary for the selected purpose, such as hosting, email or publishing providers listed in the Privacy Policy (https://senriko.com/legal/privacy) and Subprocessors page (https://senriko.com/legal/subprocessors). The form must identify any unusual recipient or public publication.

A cross-border transfer is protected as described in the Privacy Policy (https://senriko.com/legal/privacy). Consent is used as the transfer basis only where applicable law permits it and the person has been informed of relevant risks.

7. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains effective until the stated purpose ends, the stated campaign/period expires or the person withdraws, whichever occurs first. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method where required.

Withdraw through the same interface where available, an unsubscribe control, help@senriko.com or the Contact form. Withdrawal is free and does not affect processing already lawfully completed or processing supported by another legal basis.

After withdrawal, SENRIKO stops the optional processing and deletes or restricts the data unless another lawful purpose requires a minimum record. Evidence of the consent and withdrawal may be retained for up to three years for accountability and legal claims.

8. Rights and complaint

Rights, response periods, regulator details and the complaint process appear in the Privacy Policy (https://senriko.com/legal/privacy) and Complaints Procedure (https://senriko.com/legal/complaints). Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not prevent core Account or paid-Service use, except that the specifically optional feature cannot be provided without the information it objectively needs.
