Terms of service
The rules that matter, in the order they are likely to matter.

What the service does
Senriko checks websites you control: that they answer, that their pages have not changed in ways that break them, that a form still submits, and that the conversion the submission should record actually arrives. It reports what it observed. It does not fix anything, and it is not a substitute for your own testing before a release.
Your account
One account, one workspace, as many people as you invite into it. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do. Tell us if you think somebody else has your credentials, and change them - sessions can be ended everywhere from your account screen.
Websites you may add
Only websites you own or are authorised to monitor. Reading a public page needs no permission from anybody, and checks that only read run as soon as you add a site. Checks that act - the ones that submit a form - require proof of control first: a meta tag on the homepage or a DNS record. We enforce this in two places, so it cannot be skipped by calling the API directly.
What the limits mean
Every plan carries limits on websites, watched pages, browser checks per month and audit depth. They are enforced from the same rows the pricing page prints, so what you read is what you get. Running out of browser checks pauses those checks until the period rolls over; it does not stop availability or page-integrity monitoring, which are unmetered on every plan.
What you may not do with it
Do not point checks at websites that are not yours. Do not use form checks to send anything to real recipients - every submission is marked as a test in three separate ways, and defeating those marks deliberately is misuse of the service. Do not attempt to use the checker or the monitoring workers as a load generator, a proxy, or a way to reach an address that is not publicly routable; requests are screened for that before anything runs.
What we claim, and what we do not
We report what a check observed, with a level of proof attached: a submission that was accepted by a server is not the same claim as a lead that reached your CRM, and the interface never merges the two. Where a signal cannot be seen from a browser - server-side tagging, for instance - we say it is unverifiable rather than missing. We do not guarantee that we catch every problem, and monitoring is not a warranty on your website's revenue.
Availability of the service
This is early access. We work to keep it running and we will tell you plainly when something of ours breaks, but there is no service-level agreement yet and no compensation scheme behind it. If that matters to your business, say so before you rely on it and we will tell you honestly where we are.
Money
Nothing is being charged during early access. When billing starts, prices will be the ones published on the pricing page, changes will be announced before they take effect, and a paid period that is already running will not change price mid-way. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing rather than accepted by clicking.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from the account screen; the deletion is immediate and complete. We can suspend an account that is being used against these terms - for reaching websites it has no right to, or for using checks as a weapon - and we will say which term and what we saw. Data deleted by either route is not recoverable, because there is nowhere it is kept.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page when the product changes what it does, and the date at the top is what tells you it happened. Material changes will also be sent to the address on your account rather than left for you to notice.
