Refund Policy
cancellations, refunds, and how Paddle handles your money
Version: 15 September 2026.
1. Scope and parties
This Refund Policy applies to paid access to SENRIKO. The Service is supplied and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Olegovich Izotov, TIN 23006199301704, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, address 104 Toktonaliev St., apt. 31, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (SENRIKO, we, us).
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. The Buyer purchases the Product from Paddle and uses SENRIKO under the SENRIKO Terms of Service. Paddle collects Charges, issues receipts, applies transaction taxes, and processes approved or legally required refunds. This Policy supplements, and does not reduce, the Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy, or mandatory rights. Where rules differ, the most protective non-waivable rule applies.
2. Cancellation is not a refund
A monthly Subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless a refund, mandatory law, suspension, or an express request for immediate termination requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and then changes to the Free plan.
Unused time in a canceled monthly period is not normally refunded or credited on a pro-rata basis because the paid features remain available until that period ends. Deleting an account may remove access immediately and does not by itself create a right to a refund.
3. When to request a refund
A request for a discretionary refund should be submitted within 14 calendar days after the relevant initial payment or renewal. Filing within 14 days does not guarantee approval. A longer period applies where mandatory law gives the Buyer more time or where a lawful remedy is available for a defective, misdescribed, unavailable, or undelivered Service.
4. Cases we will review
We will review duplicate or erroneous Charges, material and persistent technical defects that prevent access to paid features as described and could not be resolved, failure to provision paid access, an unauthorised transaction, and a valid statutory withdrawal or consumer remedy. We may also recommend a full or partial discretionary refund in exceptional circumstances.
For suspected unauthorised payments, the Buyer should contact Paddle promptly. SENRIKO may request the transaction ID, account email, dates, screenshots, diagnostic information, and a description of troubleshooting performed. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or unrelated personal data.
5. Normally non-refundable cases
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a refund may be declined where the request is made after 14 days; the Buyer changed their mind, did not use the Service, forgot to cancel, or no longer needs it; the Service operated materially as described; an external website, integration, network, browser, blocking rule, or Buyer configuration caused the issue; the account was suspended or terminated for breach, abuse, unauthorised testing, fraud, or unlawful activity; or there is evidence of refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulation.
These exclusions do not apply where the Service was materially defective, not as described, not supplied, or where applicable law grants a non-waivable refund, withdrawal, repair, repeat-performance, price-reduction, or other remedy.
6. EEA and UK consumers
Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an initial digital-content or digital-service transaction. Paddle applies the withdrawal rules stated in its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. The right may be affected when the Buyer expressly asks for immediate supply and acknowledges the legal consequences of beginning to use the Product. For a service contract, local law may instead require payment only for the proportion supplied before withdrawal and may preserve the right until full performance.
Nothing in this Policy waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Eligible Buyers should use the withdrawal option in the Paddle Customer Portal where available or contact Paddle through paddle.net within the applicable period.
7. How to request
Email help@senriko.com from the address associated with the purchase and include the Paddle transaction ID, payment date, requested remedy, and a concise explanation. Buyers may also submit a request directly through the link in their Paddle receipt, the Paddle Customer Portal, or paddle.net.
SENRIKO will acknowledge or provide a substantive response within 3 business days. We may resolve a product issue, ask for limited supporting information, or send a recommendation to Paddle. Paddle verifies the Transaction, makes the final payment-processing decision under its terms and applicable law, and returns funds to the original payment method where possible. Paddle states that an approved refund is normally processed within 14 days; the bank may require additional time.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact SENRIKO or Paddle before starting a chargeback so that the matter can be investigated promptly. A chargeback or payment reversal may cause temporary suspension of paid access. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with transaction, access, acceptance, and usage records. This does not restrict any lawful card-scheme or consumer-protection right.
9. Changes, language, and contact
The version of this Policy in effect on the Transaction date governs that Transaction, subject to later mandatory law. Material changes are not applied retroactively to reduce an accrued right. This Policy is available in English and Russian. The English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
