Cookie Policy
cookies, local storage, and Google Consent Mode on senriko.com
Effective date: September 12, 2026. Last updated: September 12, 2026.
1. Scope
This Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by SENRIKO, their purposes, when information is sent to Google, and how to change your choice. It forms part of the Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file stored by a browser. Local storage is similar browser-side storage. SENRIKO also uses server logs and Google Consent Mode requests that may operate without cookies.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary: sign-in, security, remembering consent, and core service operation. Blocking these may make the account or features unavailable.
- Functional: language and optional interface preferences.
- Analytics: helps measure public-page traffic and effectiveness. Consent is requested where required.
- Google Consent Mode advertising/personalization categories: control whether Google may use storage or data for advertising. SENRIKO does not display personalized ads, and these categories stay denied: Accept grants analytics only.
3. Cookies used
| Name | Category and purpose | Duration / access |
|---|---|---|
| senriko_session | Strictly necessary. Random account-session key. | 30 days; HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax; unavailable to page scripts. |
| senriko_signed_in | Strictly necessary/functional. Value “1” so the header can show “Your sites”; no identity details. | 30 days; readable by interface scripts. |
| senriko_consent | Strictly necessary. Remembers banner choice: granted or denied. | 1 year; SameSite=Lax. |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Functional. Remembers language. | 1 year; set in the app, on sign-in pages, and when switching language. |
| senriko_lab_consent | Strictly necessary for the /lab training page. Remembers its demonstration-banner choice. | Browser session; /lab only. |
| _ga, _ga_<ID> | Analytics. Browser identification and Google Analytics measurement. | Google settings, commonly up to 2 years; created only after Accept. |
4. Local storage
senriko.languageHint.dismissed records that a visitor dismissed the Russian-language hint. It remains until site data is cleared. SENRIKO currently uses no browser fingerprinting, session replay, or heatmaps.
5. Google Analytics before and after your choice
Google Analytics 4 is used on public pages, sign-in/registration pages, and /lab. It is not loaded in the customer app, admin area, or /share incident pages.
The site uses Google’s Basic Consent Mode. The Google tag does not load before a choice, and nothing is sent to Google until you accept.
After Reject, the tag stays unloaded and no requests are sent to Google. After Accept, the tag loads with analytics_storage granted, while ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization remain denied; Google Analytics may create _ga and _ga_<ID> and perform full measurement. SENRIKO does not send a contact-form name, email, or message to GA; successful /contact submission emits generate_lead without form fields.
The /lab training page is the exception. It demonstrates SENRIKO’s consent checks on its own test banner (senriko_lab_consent) and uses Advanced Consent Mode: the tag loads before a choice and may send cookieless requests after Reject.
6. Legal basis and choice
Strictly necessary cookies support a requested function, security, and consent memory and generally do not require consent. Optional analytics and advertising storage is enabled only after acceptance where the law requires consent. Rejecting optional storage should not prevent public-site or core-service use, except functions that objectively depend on necessary cookies.
Where sending cookieless pings itself requires prior consent, the Operator must use Basic Consent Mode or otherwise block the Google tag until consent. This Policy does not replace technical compliance.
7. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page to open the banner again and change your choice; choosing Reject after Accept also removes this site’s _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies. You may also delete senriko_consent and senriko.com site data in your browser, or block third-party requests. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
Blocking all cookies can sign you out, reset language/consent, and interfere with authentication. Choices are device- and browser-specific.
8. Third parties
Google processes data under its own terms and privacy notice. The Operator does not control Google’s downstream retention or locations beyond available settings and contractual measures. See Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies from customer sites opened by SENRIKO are not cookies on senriko.com. Browser checks run in isolated sessions. During an optional double-pass test, SENRIKO may click accept and reject on a customer site in two separate sessions solely to compare observed signals; it does not provide a legal compliance opinion.
9. Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENRIKO is not responsible for cookies or processing on third-party sites, browser/blocker settings, Google actions outside the Operator’s control, or feature unavailability caused by blocking necessary technologies. The Operator remains responsible for accurately describing and configuring its own technologies and cannot exclude mandatory statutory obligations.
10. Changes and contact
We update this list when a cookie, duration, provider, or consent mode changes. Material new optional technologies should not be enabled before users receive required information and choices.
