Terms of service
The rules that matter, in the order they are likely to matter.
Draft. This describes what the service actually does with data and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must not be published as it stands.

What the service does
Senriko checks websites you control and tells you when something that produces leads or revenue stops working. It is monitoring: it observes and reports, and it never changes your website.
Only your own websites
You may only set up active checks — anything that submits a form — on websites you own or are authorised to act for, and you must prove that before such a check runs. Using the service to send messages through forms belonging to somebody else is grounds for immediate termination.
What we do not promise
We report what we can observe from outside your website. Some things are not observable from a browser at all, and we say so rather than guessing. Monitoring reduces the time a problem goes unnoticed; it does not prevent problems, and it is not a substitute for your own testing.
Fair use
Check frequency and the number of browser checks are limited by your plan. We may rate limit or pause checks that place an unreasonable load on a target, including your own.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time, and that deletes your data. We can end an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
