TERMS OF SERVICE The rules of the service. Version of 14 September 2026. Last updated: 14 September 2026 1. Acceptance and contracting party These Terms govern access to senriko.com and the SENRIKO cloud service. By creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, or using closed early access, you enter into an agreement with the operator of SENRIKO, whose full legal details are stated in the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The Service is intended for business and professional use by persons aged 18 or older. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply despite this positioning remain unaffected. 2. Service and early access SENRIKO may check availability, SSL and DNS, page and SEO integrity, resources and browser errors, forms, analytics signals, and other website elements; create findings and incidents; send alerts; and produce reports. Available features depend on the plan, configuration, and product stage. SENRIKO reports technical observations and does not automatically repair a website. It is not a substitute for acceptance testing, backups, security review, legal review, financial controls, or professional judgement. Features marked Beta, Early Access, Experimental, or Rolling out may change or be disabled. 3. Account and security You must provide a valid email address, protect passwords and devices, and promptly report unauthorised access. Until team functionality is released, each account controls one personal workspace; an account may not be transferred to another person. A session may remain valid for up to 30 days. Resetting the password ends active sessions. Certain controls, including changing an email address or managing members, may be unavailable. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials unless it was caused by a security failure attributable to SENRIKO. 4. Authorised websites You may add only websites that you own or are authorised to test under a contract or other permission. This includes client websites managed by an agency. Public accessibility does not by itself authorise active testing, large-scale auditing, or use of results against the owner. Read-only checks may begin after a URL is added. Active checks, especially form submissions, require proof of domain control and a separate authority confirmation. SENRIKO may request reverification, pause a check, or remove a website if authority is disputed. 5. Form checks and website actions A form check uses synthetic values and may create a real test lead, email, CRM record, messenger notification, call, or billable action in the website owner's systems. You must configure filters, inform recipients, and test the consequences before enabling a schedule. You must not remove or defeat test markers, use real third-party details, or configure a check to purchase goods, enter a contract, make a payment or booking, or perform medical, financial, or other legally significant actions. You are responsible for instructions and costs caused by a correctly executed test submission on a website you control. 6. Automated requests SENRIKO may open pages in a standard browser, operate consent-banner controls in separate clean sessions, perform a limited crawl, and compare responses for different device or crawler profiles. Deep Audit respects robots.txt; recurring checks of a page explicitly configured by the user may run independently of it. SENRIKO does not solve CAPTCHAs, bypass authentication, or allow access to private networks. You must consider the target website's rules and set a reasonable frequency. The operator may reduce frequency, stop a task, or block a domain to protect third parties and infrastructure. 7. Plans and limits Limits on websites, pages, browser checks, audit depth, history, and other resources are shown on the plan page or an individual order. Reaching a limit may pause, defer, or reduce the affected feature until a new period begins or the plan changes. Limits are technical ceilings, not a promise of minimum usage. SENRIKO may apply reasonable protective limits regardless of plan where abuse is suspected and may correct an obvious plan-description error with advance notice of a material adverse change. 8. Prohibited use You may not use the Service for unlawful data processing; unauthorised testing of third-party websites; load generation, denial of service, unauthorised vulnerability scanning, circumvention, proxying, access to private addresses, spam, phishing, malware, surveillance of individuals, or infringement of third-party rights. Do not enter passwords, payment details, identity documents, special-category data, children's data, or other information unnecessary for monitoring into free-text fields. You may not resell access, copy a substantial part of the Service, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or build a competing dataset through systematic extraction. 9. Customer data and instructions You retain rights in your domains, settings, submitted information, and lawfully obtained results. You grant SENRIKO a limited right to process those materials to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where SENRIKO processes personal data on your behalf, you determine the purpose and lawfulness, inform data subjects, and provide documented instructions. The parties enter into a DPA where required. You must not instruct processing that violates law or third-party rights. 10. Intellectual property and feedback SENRIKO and its code, interface, methods, design, documentation, brand, and aggregated models belong to the operator or its licensors. During an active account, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for internal business purposes. Reports may be used and shared for work on an authorised website while source markings are retained. Suggestions and feedback may be used without compensation to improve the product, but SENRIKO receives no rights in confidential customer information beyond what is necessary for the Service. 11. Share links and exports The user chooses what a share link contains and is responsible for its recipients. Anyone who has the link may view its contents until expiry or revocation. Do not include personal, confidential, or contractually restricted information. Exports are provided for portability and internal use. SENRIKO may limit an export to protect third parties, security, or comply with law and does not warrant compatibility with another system. 12. Third-party services The Service uses third-party hosting, email, analytics, bot protection, and integrations. Their availability and independent processing are governed by their terms. SENRIKO is responsible for selecting its processors to the extent required by law but does not control websites and systems connected by the user. GA4 access is granted by the user and may be revoked in Google. SENRIKO requests aggregated metrics, but accuracy and availability depend on the customer's configuration and Google. Integration does not mean that a third-party service is suitable in every jurisdiction. 13. Results and no professional advice A result reflects a particular check at a particular time, location, and set of browser-visible signals. Absence of an observed signal does not prove absence of server-side processing; an accepted form submission does not prove that a lead reached a CRM; one snapshot does not describe every country or journey. Findings, Health Scores, incidents, and Consent Matrix are not legal, tax, audit, advertising, or cybersecurity advice and do not certify compliance, absence of vulnerabilities, or preservation of revenue. You must verify outputs before acting on them. 14. Availability and service changes The Service is provided as available. During early access there is no SLA, guaranteed response time, error-free operation, or downtime compensation. Maintenance, incidents, provider limitations, browser changes, and blocking by target websites may occur. SENRIKO may add, change, or discontinue features. Reasonable advance notice will be given where possible before a material paid core feature is discontinued. Security, law, or prevention of harm may require an immediate change. 15. Fees Early access is free until billing is announced. Paid terms take effect only after the price, period, currency, taxes, renewal, and cancellation method are shown and the user separately accepts them. A running paid period is not repriced retroactively. Enterprise and other negotiated terms apply only through a written order. An order controls commercial details in case of conflict; a DPA controls personal-data processing. 16. Suspension termination and deletion You may stop using the Service and delete the account in the interface. Working data is removed from active systems through the stated procedure, while backups may retain data for up to 14 days without ordinary access before being overwritten. SENRIKO may immediately suspend an account or check where there is a security threat, infringement, lack of authority, unlawful instruction, material breach, or government requirement. Where safe and lawful, the user will be told the reason and given an opportunity to remedy the issue. 17. Disclaimer of warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENRIKO is provided as is and as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuity, accuracy, or complete issue detection. Nothing excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 18. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENRIKO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive losses, or loss of profit, revenue, customers, data, goodwill, or substitute services arising from use or inability to use the Service. SENRIKO's aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the Service during that period and the equivalent of USD 100. The cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, infringement of mandatory data-subject rights, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You will indemnify SENRIKO against documented third-party claims caused by your unlawful instructions, lack of authority to test, deliberate defeat of test markers, or use in breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by SENRIKO's breach. 19. Law disputes changes and contact The laws of the Kyrgyz Republic apply. A dispute must first be sent through senriko.com/contact, and the parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. It may then be brought before a competent court at the operator's location unless mandatory law gives the user another forum or procedure. SENRIKO may update these Terms when the product, law, or risk changes. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email before they take effect where reasonable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent lawful; a separate acceptance will be requested where required. The Terms are available in English and Russian. The English version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact: senriko.com/contact. The operator's full legal details must appear in the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
