REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Effective date: 22 September 2026 · Last updated: 22 September 2026 1. Scope and parties This Policy applies to paid SENRIKO Subscriptions. SENRIKO is supplied and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Izotov Aleksandr Olegovich, whose details appear in the Legal Notice (https://senriko.com/legal/notice). Standard online payments are processed by Paddle as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the charge, issues the receipt, calculates transaction taxes where applicable and processes approved or legally required refunds. This Policy supplements the SENRIKO Terms, the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and mandatory law. A more protective non-waivable rule prevails. 2. Cancellation is different from refund and deletion A monthly Subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless a refund, suspension, mandatory rule or informed request for immediate termination requires otherwise, paid access continues to the end of the paid period and then changes to Free or closes as shown in the Account. Account deletion is a separate action. It may remove access immediately and does not by itself create a refund right. Export needed data before deletion. 3. Business-customer rule For a business or professional Customer, unused time in a cancelled billing period is ordinarily not refundable because paid functions remain available until the period ends. A refund or credit may nevertheless be provided for: - a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge; - failure to activate the paid Plan; - a material, persistent and reproducible SENRIKO-controlled defect that prevents substantial use and cannot be corrected or repeated within a reasonable time; - a material Terms or paid-core-function change that gives a lawful termination right; - a confirmed unauthorised transaction; - an express written commitment or Enterprise Order Form; - an exceptional discretionary case; or - a mandatory statutory remedy. A request for a discretionary refund should normally be made within 14 calendar days of the relevant initial payment or renewal. Filing within 14 days does not guarantee a discretionary refund. A longer mandatory period prevails. 4. Kyrgyz consumer rights Where the buyer is a consumer under the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the relevant rights apply, the consumer may withdraw from the digital service and receive the amount paid less the objectively calculated value supplied before SENRIKO received the withdrawal. The calculation will use a transparent method reflecting the elapsed paid period and, where relevant, separately consumed resources, and will never exceed the transaction price or reduce a more protective mandatory remedy. SENRIKO will identify the user’s digital records, explain copy/portability and deletion options, preserve the records unchanged until the user decides where the Digital Code requires it, and carry out the lawful choice. If no decision is received, SENRIKO applies the one-calendar-year fallback deletion rule and identifies any records retained by law. Data handling after withdrawal follows the Privacy Policy (https://senriko.com/legal/privacy) and mandatory law. 5. EEA, Switzerland and UK consumers A consumer in the European Union / European Economic Area, Switzerland or United Kingdom may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for an eligible one-off transaction or first Subscription payment. The precise scope can depend on the transaction type, trial, renewal, whether supply or use began, and any express consent or acknowledgement collected at checkout. Paddle applies the version of its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy governing the Transaction. Nothing in this section reduces rights for a defective, unavailable or misdescribed service. Paddle’s Refund Policy also contains country-specific statutory periods and procedures for other jurisdictions. The rules applicable to the buyer’s residence and Transaction, as shown at checkout or in Paddle’s buyer portal, apply in addition to this Policy and mandatory law. Neither SENRIKO nor Paddle may use this Policy to narrow a non-waivable right. 6. Cases normally not refundable for business Customers To the extent permitted by law, a discretionary refund may be declined where: - the Customer changed its mind, did not use the Service, no longer needs it or forgot to cancel; - the Service operated materially as described; - a Customer setting, target Site, CRM, integration, network, browser, firewall, consent tool or third-party provider caused the issue; - the Account was suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful or unauthorised testing; - the request is materially late without a legal reason; or - there is evidence of refund or chargeback abuse. These exclusions do not override mandatory repair, repeat-performance, price-reduction, withdrawal, refund or damages rights. 7. How to request a refund or challenge a charge Use https://senriko.com/contact, help@senriko.com, the available Account control, or Paddle’s buyer-support route. Provide: - Account email; - Paddle transaction, receipt or subscription identifier if available; - charge date and amount; - requested outcome; - concise reason and relevant screenshots/diagnostics. Do not send a password, complete card number, card security code, identity document or unrelated personal data. For a suspected unauthorised charge, contact Paddle promptly and secure the affected payment account. SENRIKO may assist with subscription and access records but does not possess the complete card data. 8. Review and response SENRIKO will take the measures necessary to remedy a confirmed violation within five business days. If objective remediation, technical investigation or Paddle processing requires longer, SENRIKO will explain and justify the required period within those five business days and keep the buyer informed through the same channel unless another channel is requested. SENRIKO decides whether the Service facts support a contractual refund or credit. Paddle decides and executes payment processing under its role, policies and legal duties. Neither party may use its process to remove a mandatory buyer right. 9. Refund method and timing Approved refunds are normally returned through Paddle to the original payment method and currency. Bank, card-network and exchange-rate timing is outside SENRIKO’s control. Transaction taxes and currency differences are handled under Paddle’s process and applicable law. A full refund may end paid access immediately. A partial refund or credit may preserve access for the period stated in the decision. Chargebacks can cause temporary suspension while the transaction is investigated. A chargeback or payment reversal may cause a proportionate temporary suspension while the transaction is investigated, but it does not limit any lawful card-scheme, payment-provider or consumer-protection right to dispute a charge. 10. Changes and contact Changes to this Policy are handled under the Terms. Operator details appear in the Legal Notice (https://senriko.com/legal/notice). Questions and complaints: help@senriko.com.
